Important!! Please do not fill in your credit card details, or just half and email the other half to the earthlink address below. Due to continuing problems with my server, I am temporarily suggesting you either fill out the order form and email it to me, or just email the order in the most  easiest manner possible for you. I will soon have a professional overhaul my website and get a much better order form going and hope to solve this problem.  I can't guarantee I will get the order if you send the normal route.
