In 1944 the Italian famously tried to smash the leadership of the Yugoslav Communist partisans and Tito in a parachute drop. It also played a key role in the occupation of Budapest in spring 1944. In spring 1945 it saw fierce fighting in actions against the advancing Soviets on the Oder. Written by the unit's last commander, this book contains many rare photos, and includes captions in English! 151 pp.
